Hong kong has hundreds of skyscrapers and it has more than 290 buildings with height exceeding 150m. Almost all fortune 500 companies have their offices in Hong Kong.Majority of the skyscrapers in Hong Kong are residential complexes.

NITEL means Nigeria telecom. It is situated in the island of Lagos. Its height is 120 meters with 32 floors. It also serves as light house for the Lagos coast.

This is situated in Johannesburg, the commercial capital city of South Africa. This has been the tallest building of Africa for years together. The height of the building is 223 meters with 50 floors. This is one of the main tourist attractions of the city. More than 100 shops are present within the building. This building serves as a shopping complex and offices are also there.

This becomes the tallest building in India from 2011 replacing previous tallest Imperial towers. This is residential complex situated in Lower Parel. This building has a total of 75 floors and is height is 320 metres.

This is the 30 floor building which is the tallest in Pakistan. The height of the building is 120 meters. The building is expected to be completed by 2012.

Columbo is the business center for Sri Lanka and the most important commercial city in Asia. The set of towers operating as world trade center is the tallest skyscraper in the country. It has 40 floors with 152m height. This is one of the main attractions of the Columbo city.It resembles the New york world trade center twin towers.

Chennai is not a city of skyscrapers, despite its commercial status in the country. This is due to the corporation restrictions for height of the buildings in the city. However with ever increasing population in the city, Lot of skyscraper residential complexes are approved and being built in the city. For now, Hirandandani upscale residential complex is the tallest in the city with 29 floors. The buildings in the complex are named as Brentwood, Pinewood, Birchwood, Greenwood, Seawood, Beachwood and oceanic. Each of this buildings are 108 meters tall.

New buildings are built here with 35 plus floors.

These towers are group of residential towers built in Kolkatta. The height of the residential complex is 117 metres with 36 floors , the complex has recreational facilities, school and shopping complex. This is group of 5 towers, 4 towers were completed and in use.

South city towers, Kokatta

India is not known for skyscrapers and especially south India is least known for tallest buildings. With Bangalore being the fastest growing city in the country , There is need for skyscraper buildings to meet the business needs and attract visitors. 

World trade center, North star building is the tallest building of South India and Bengaluru, though the building stands no where when compared to tallest buildings of India ( All located in Mumbai). The building has 32 floors located in Rajaji Nagar, Bengaluru. Bangaluru is the second city in India to have world trade center after Mumbai. This building is operational since 2011. With the kind of growth the city is foreseeing, soon the city will have skyscrapers taller than this building
