It is home ground for Rajasthan Ranji team and IPL Rajasthan Royals team. It has hosted few ODI matches. This venue has not hosted any international test matches so far. After its recent renovation, the stadium has become one of the important stadiums in India. This stadium got good reputation for its IPL match hostings. The seating capacity of the stadium is 30000.
